Wim Hof Method Workshops and travels

The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is a powerful and simple way to improve happiness, health and strengh. The method was founded by 'Iceman' Wim Hof and consists of 3 components: Cold exposure, breathing exercises and mindset.


The basics of the wim hof method can be learned in a fundamental workshop (dayworkshop, 5 week course or weekend). If you want to go deeper into the method and yourself, you can join a WHM travel.
