About the event
This travel is for people that have already gone on a travel with us that included climbing a mountain in shorts.
This way, we don't need to explain many techniques and can immediately dive a bit deeper in the experience and also have the opportunity for some different exercices. As you have already experienced a travel with us, I don't need to write much more here:) We will of course do different breathing techniques and cold exposure and also climb the mountain Snezka. Like always we will create an environment in which you can practice, grow and have fun.
We will again have vegetarian/vegan food.
