About the Event

Four days of breath work, movement, meditation, and 1:1 manual sessions. Designed for you to dive in deep and explore the magnitude of your being. Led by experts in the field of body, mind, and breath work. Highly transformational, rejuvenating & playful. We will explore a wide variety of breathing exercises, play with different styles of movement, meditate in nature, take refreshingly cool dips in the lake, and finally, you will receive two 1:1 manual treatments tailored to your needs.

This is an intense course, designed for you to dive in deep and explore the magnitude of your being. The Body, Mind & Breath Experience holds great potential for transformation and rejuvenation. The program evokes playfulness, recharges your bodymind, and sparks creativity.

No prior knowledge or skills necessary, but a playful and adventurous mindset is an advantage.
