Advanced WHM New year Travel

This special Wim Hof Method adventure is for experienced WHM students that want to go deeper into the WHM. The participants will be experienced practitioners and WHM instructors. Many will have multiple years of practice in the WHM or already joined a travel in Poland.  

The minimum requirements to join: 

- You have done at least a WHM event with me of Josephine  

- You are very experienced with the WHM 

This way we can deepen the experience even more.  

WHAT WILL WE DO? 

It will be like a combination of holliday with friends, adventure travel and retreat. Similar to other events, we will also breathe, move, have cool adventures (e.g. cold baths and climb Snezka), connect, share and have fun. Because the experience level is higher, we can go deeper into all of this  We (Josephine and Douwe) will guide the week and create an environment (and challenges) in which you can grow and have fun. Apart from that there will be plenty of possibilities to exchange with each other or get help with a personal challenge.   We will be a group of lovely people with a lot of combined experience and knowledge. It will be an awesome adventure:)  

MORE INFORMATION  

Dates: 29th of december (arrival day) - 3rd of january (departure day). On the 29th you are welcome from 11:00 onwards. The official program will start at 17:00. On the 3rd, the official program will end around 12:00.  

Location: We will go to our usual place in Poland: Przesieka. For the people that haven’t been here yet: Przesieka is a small village, close to German and Czech border placed in a fairy tale landscape with mountains and forrest. It is a 3-4 hours drive from Berlin and Leipzig (Germany) or Prague (Czech Republic). We are staying in a big house that can host up to 14 students.   

Food: Our kitchen team will provide delicious vegetarian/vegan food.   

Investment €1300,-   This includes accommodation in Double or Dormitory Rooms, food and the adventure of your life time ;)  Please contact us for a students/ low-income discount or for payment in installments. Due to COVID-19 we recommend travel insurance.  

Some words on Corona: We do not know how COVID-19 regulations will change over the coming half a year. If  the event can not happen because of COVID-19 regulations, you will get a refund.
