WIM HOF METHOD
The wim hof method is a very powerful way to become happier, healthier and stronger. It involves three components: breathing, cold exposure and mindset.
The start of the method
Wim Hof, also known as 'The Iceman', has many records to his name. Some of his impressive feats: he spent two hours in an ice-filled cabin, walked a half marathon with bare feet through the snow in Finland, climbed many cold mountains in swimming trunks and swam 57.50 meters under ice. Because of its extreme skills, the attention of scientists was drawn. Hof has been examined by many leading scientific institutes. One of the most remarkable findings is that he has control over parts of his autonomic nervous system. When Hof realized the importance of these skills, he saw it as his mission to spread his knowledge. Thus the wim hof method was born.
