Online Mindful Morning Sessions

About the sessions
These sessions are a nice mindful moment in your day.
In the sessions we will do meditation, movement and breathing exercises. Or whatever I feel inspired to guide in that moment:)
During the session, you don't have to look at a screen or even have a camera on. It is nice if you say or wave hello with camera on before we start the Class.
The session will be open from 7:20. We will start at 7:30 and end at 8:00.
What do you need?
- A good internet connection and a place where you won't get disturbed
- Wear comfortable clothes (pyjama is fine)
- Some of the exercises we will do lying down or sitting. If you are not used to sit/lie on the ground a (yoga)mat and (meditation) pillow can be nice.
You don't need any previous experience.
