The body, mind and breath experiences are a playful exploration of body and mind, with an emphasis on breathing. You will playfully explore body and mind, through breath and movement.
Breathing is the key to the connection of body and mind. Our breathing reflects how we feel and by influencing the breathing, we can influence our body and mind. A change in breathing can relax, focus, give energy, transform, improve sport performance, and help us feel better. In these experiences we will explore breathing from many different angles. From observing our breathing and creating more space to breathe, to learning to relax under pressure and using our breath while moving. Movement helps us to understand the principles on a deeper physical level and to learn to overcome physical and mental blockages.
